Our adaptable system can be used on patios, paths and driveways creating a lovely bespoke finish.

 

With our unique home energy system a heat pump can heat the ground when freezing temperatures occur, creating a smooth non slip surface. When the sun shines on the surface it will provide heat for hot water.  

 

ECOHEAT can be linked with solar panels to make it even more energy efficient and would mean no need for gas, thus making it very carbon neutral

ECOHEAT can be used for all external areas such as playgrounds, paths, steps, slopes and car parks. 

 

You can ensure with our system you will not have ice or snow build up due to our ECOHEAT automatic system. It senses temperature decrease, automatically warming the resin surface using a renewable heat source. For example the heat already existing in a boiler room can be used to heat the resin surface making the most of the free energy already onsite.

 

In addition, when the weather conditions are warmer, the resin surface can be naturally warmed by the sun. The heat from the surface can be harnessed to help supply hot water for a hospital/school making this extremely efficient and money saving.

TUBE STATIONS

We provide a SuDS compliant, permeable, completely smooth/flat surface making it slip and trip free. With our pipework installed under the Resin Bound surface, ECOHEAT takes heat out of the station via an air source heat pump.  

 

Whenever temperatures drop to 0 degrees C this heat will be used to warm the surface area around the station to assure no ice or snow build up. There would be no laying water as the surface is fully permeable.

 

With the heat pump installed, ECOHEAT can take the heat out of resin during warmer months to provide free energy for hot water.

Our ECOHEAT system can be used all around the external areas of a Hotel such as car parks, paths/steps. Providing a non-slip surface making a safer more pleasant stay for customers and a more practical place to work for employees.

 

The surface can be heated using stored heat from grey waste water such as from showers, basins and baths. This free already existing heat can then be used to heat the outside surface areas to stop them from freezing and for melting snow.

 

When the sun is shining on the external resin surface, the heat from this can be harnessed to provide hot water for the hotel. This multi-functional system can help to make a more pleasant, safer environment using free energy that already exists.
